2015 Caribbean Travel Marketplace to be held in San Juan

San Juan will host the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association’s annual Caribbean Travel Marketplace, Jan. 28-30, 2015.

The conference was last held at the Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan in 2010, followed by Jamaica in 2011, the Bahamas in 2012 and 2013 and Jamaica again this year.

“In the five years since Puerto Rico hosted Caribbean Travel Marketplace, there have been many changes to our tourism product in that time. We anticipate a high participation rate from our local association who will share the latest developments at their respective properties,” said Clarisa Jimenez, president and CEO of the Puerto Rico Hotel and Tourism Association.

Marketplace is the region’s largest marketing event, attended annually by more than 1,200 delegates.
