It’s tough not to fall in love with and in Pezoules, a six-room knockout set a few steps from Oia. However, the property goes one step further by delivering both butler and room service (there’s no restaurant or bar on-site), as well as in-villa massage treatments upon request. Rooms come with fireplaces, private verandas and other high-end details, and no kids under 12 are permitted – only elevating an already-upscale experience.

Swarovski crystals above the in-suite hot tubs, gold mosaic tiling in the Honeymoon Suite bathroom, and multiple chartering services (private jets, yachts, helicopters and sailboats) – this 11-room boutique luxury hotel is designed to turn heads. Also vying for attention are the infinity pool, hot tub, excellent on-site restaurant serving Mediterranean fare, and high-end perks like in-room massages and Champagne and fruit on arrival. Arguably the most show-stopping feature, however, is the sunset views.
Anastasis Apartments
Located along the Imerovigli cliffs, Anastasis Apartments has many of the same trimmings of other Santorini hotels – iconic Cycladic architecture, a lovely infinity pool with out-of-this-world views, and large apartments with private balconies and kitchenettes. However, it stands out for what it lacks: steep steps, making it great for anyone with mobility issues. Bonus: It’s within walking distance of bars and restaurants, but leave time to soak in the property, including the romantic cave-like spa.
