6 wedding gown trends you’ll be seeing in 2019

Here comes the bride… or brides! We’re starting off the new year with the top six wedding gown trends you’ll be seeing here in 2019. 

Carol Diamse from Mary’s Bridal described elements like beaded sleeves, horse hair detailing and plunging necklines. You can see many more incredible gowns at The Utah Bridal Showcase happening this weekend on top of over 120 vendors who will be offering everything the bride and groom need to prepare for their special day. 

The following is a taste of what you can expect: dresses, tuxedos, cakes, caterers, wedding décor, invitations, photography, flowers, wedding and reception venues, live music/ DJ’s, bridal registry, video, wedding and bridal accessories, vintage limo, honeymoon destinations, real estate, insurance, beauty, salons, spas, wedding planners, invitations, and more. 

Carol also shared details about the ‘Deserving Bride’ program, sponsored by My 99.5 and KZHT. Brides-to-be can submit their stories (in 200 words or less) to dress@slcbridalshowcase.com explaining why they deserve to be one of the special deserving brides who need help with their wedding.

Deserving brides will be chosen by the participating vendors and presented at the show Saturday, January 5 at 1:00pm. 

The Bridal Showcase will be held at the Mountain America Expo Center, located at 9575 S State Street in Sandy. Stop by on Friday, January 4 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, January 5 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..
