Carnival held dying man on cruise ship ‘against his will,’ leading to ‘gruesome death,’ lawsuit claims

Jeffrey Eisenman, a 65-year-old man from Marble, Pa., died on Dec. 4, the day after a Carnival Sunshine doctor determined he suffered a “major heart attack,” according to his family, the Miami Herald reports. Eisenman’s wife, Linda, daughter Julie, and son Ryan hold the crew responsible for Eisenman’s death.
