Scrub Island Resort to offer luxury villas

Scrub Island Resort, Spa Marina in the British Virgin Islands has teamed up with real estate broker Coldwell Banker BVI to offer five luxury villas for purchase.

The villas range in size from 3,000 square feet to 6,000 square feet, and each offers between two to six bedrooms. Prices start at $3.5 million for the Shoreline House and go up to $5 million for the Spinnaker House.

Each villa includes large balconies and terraces, enclosed rain showers, plunge or infinity pools, local artwork, custom furnishings and bamboo ceiling fans.

The resort, a member of Marriott’s Autograph Collection in the Caribbean, has 52 guest suites, a spa, restaurants, two beaches and a 55-slip marina.
