Tropical Storm Jerry nearly a hurricane as it approaches the Caribbean

The northeastern Caribbean islands of Barbuda, Anguilla, St. Maarten, St. Martin, St. Barthelemy, Saba and St. Eustatias are bracing for possible tropical storm conditions within the next 48 hours. All are under a tropical storm watch.
