Rick Ross is seeking permission from a judge to travel to perform at a concert he has scheduled in the Caribbean.

According to TMZ, Steven Sadow, who is Rick Ross’s lawyer, is asking a judge for permission for the rapper to perform on St. Martin in April.

The rapper also has tentative plans to travel to Europe.

The attorney promised that a lawyer would travel with Ross and carry his passport for him.

The Maybach Music Group boss was arrested on kidnapping, assault and battery charges in June for allegedly pistol-whipping a landscaper who was working on his residence.

Ross posted the $2 million bail. He also counter-sued the landscaper, naming 50 Cent for conspiracy in the case.
