There are so many places you can stay in Adeje! Too many to choose from really, the most important thing about choosing a hotel is its location towards the local amenities and nightlife hotspots.  For example if you were to stay in the Dreamplace Gran Tacande you would be within walking distance of the beach and also the many shops located near by it. The stretch of beach located near this hotel has an inflatable play area, aswell as that you can take part in banana boating or just relaxing by the water soaking up the sun!

Yesterday I went on a bit of a tour of Adeje, looking at all the magnificent hotels and how close they were to all the local amenities.  Most hotels were walking distance from shops, bars and the beach, also when you get to the beach you have an enormous amount of restaraunts and bars to choose from..If youre feeling a bit homesick and want some familiar food theres a Burger King and Mcdonalds right on the beach.

Shopping is another good way to soak up the sun without lying in it all day!  You should check out the Centro Comercial Plaza Del Deque.  There are a lot of beautiful window displays and gorgeous clothes, shoes and bags on offer here.  Theres also a hyperdino supermarket located in this area, so if you werent staying in a full/half board hotel you can buy all of the essentials.
