Windstar announces 2020 James Beard culinary cruises

Travelers can explore Alaska’s scenic and culinary highlights in 2020, thanks to a new James Beard Foundation (JBF) Culinary Cruise Collection itinerary from Windstar Cruises.

Headlined by a JBF guest chef who will share stories and flavors from the local landscape, the 11-day James Beard Foundation: Alaskan Splendors outing travels the Inside Passage between Vancouver and Seward and ends in Anchorage.

In addition to participating in tastings, cooking demonstrations and local market walks, guests can choose from optional adventures such as sightseeing flights, glacier hikes, food tours, cultural experiences and photography outings.

The James Beard Foundation: Alaskan Splendors tour departs on June 8, 2020, traveling aboard Windstar Cruises’ Star Breeze. Rates start at $3,699 per person, plus taxes.
