MSC paying 18 percent on Caribbean group bookings

MSC Cruises said it will pay a flat 18% commission on all 2015-16 group bookings (eight or more cabins) in the Caribbean on MSC Divina.

Groups already booked at a lower rate will be increased to 18% as well, MSC said.

The offer apples to bookings made by Jan. 15 for sailings between Nov. 11, 2015, and April 9, 2016.

The offer also includes a waiver of deposit until March 31, 2015; up to $100 shipboard credit per balcony stateroom; a free cabin for each 13 full-fare guests booked; and two amenity points good toward cocktail parties, bonus commissions, marketing funds or other items of the travel agent’s choosing.
