Paul Soriano on honeymoon, prenup agreement with Toni

MANILA, Philippines – Where will soon-to-be-married couple Toni Gonzaga and Paul Soriano go for their honeymoon?

Paul, who talked to reporters recently during the press conference for his upcoming movie “Kid Kulafu,” said he and Toni are still ironing out details for their upcoming wedding. However, the director hopes to travel “anywhere outside the Philippines” with the TV host-actress for their honeymoon.

“We haven’t had that opportunity. We are both well-traveled. Ang importante magkasama kami,” he told Pang-Masa.

“It’s going to be our first time to do a solo trip, so far away from Mommy Pinty so they can’t follow,”  Paul quipped.

Toni has been vocal about not being allowed to travel alone with long-time boyfriend Paul until after they are married.

Paul, meanwhile, refused to comment on reports that he and Toni are planning to have a prenuptial agreement. 

“Honestly, I feel that let’s not really talk about that. Some other time, if possible. Let’s focus on ‘Kid Kulafu’ now. We’re a small movie, we need all the promotion we can get, so we can talk about the movie now and we can answer all those things, I guess, in due time,” he said.

The director admits being excited about tying the knot with Toni. 

“It’s a new chapter in my life. Parang you know, forever na ‘yan. But to be honest, Toni has been very busy, I’ve been very busy. I just came from [Los Angeles], Toni left for Australia,” he shared. “So, the only time we’re gonna really sit down and plan this wedding is when she comes back.”

“Kid Kulafu,” a movie about Manny Pacquiao during his youth, opens in theaters on April 15.
