Boaty McBoatface or Shippy McShipface? Public to decide name of new cruise ship

It was a vote put in the hands of the people, for the Royal Research Ship that needed an equally salubrious name to go with it. 

Instead, the collective democracy chose Boaty McBoatface, a name so popular it made the company’s website crash. 

In the end the Government decided the moniker was simply too silly and refused to honour the democratic process. 

Now it seems the public want payback as within minutes, the same name was suggested for PO’s new boat.
