Caribbean cookery lessons as Seven Seas Explorer crosses Atlantic for winter

The Regent Seven Seas ship, which has sailed in the Mediterranean since its launch in Monaco this July, will be based in Miami for winter and spring Caribbean cruises. 

The ship’s onboard Culinary Arts Centre kitchen has 18 state of the cooking stations – with sea views. 

Chef Kathryn Kelly, the company’s director of culinary enrichment, has developed several special classes with a Caribbean flavour.
