Cruises: Passengers should always carry THIS cheap item – or risk being left on land

Two passengers were caught on camera chasing after a cruise ship after they failed to make the leaving time.

The couple missed the ship, despite it waiting 30 minutes for them, leaving both of their young children onboard.

While the children had their relatives to look after them onboard, the young couple could be seen frantically waving as the ship sails away, before the woman dropped to her knees.

Passengers could also be prevented from boarding if they don’t have the correct ID.

Even UK cruises often require at least a driving license, something an 80-year-old passenger found out the hard way.
