New Trailer for Sci-fi Horror Film Honeymoon

Rose Leslie (Downton Abbey, Game of Thrones) and Harry Treadaway (Penny Dreadful) are getting freaky in the new trailer for Honeymoon.

After the release of the new and improved poster for the film, Magnet Releasing has debuted a brand new trailer that’s a lot more fast paced than the original festival trailer. Directed by newcomer Leigh Janiak, Honeymoon is about you newlyweds Paul and Bea who travel to a secluded lake house in Canada for their honeymoon. However, once they reach their private oasis, Bea goes missing in the woods late one night. After Paul finds her he notices she’s suddenly more distant and thus her new husband begins to suspect someone – or something – hurt her that night in the woods.

Honeymoon will hit iTunes/On Demand and in theaters September 12. We found the horror movie to be one of the more interesting midnighters at South by Southwest and recommend it to anyone into low budget sci-fi.
