We want to avoid the zika virus in the Caribbean

Q My husband and I want to take our adult children and their partners to the Caribbean in February or March. The ladies don’t want to visit anywhere that may have the zika virus, but it appears that the whole area is threatened. Can you advise me on alternative destinations that are relaxing, hot, on or near a beach, but are zika-free?
