Cruise: Norway for foodies

Norway has many claims to fame — fjords, Roald Dahl, chunky knitwear, access to the single market — but its food is a bit of a mystery. And it seems determined to remain that way, because eating out — and drinking — cost at least twice as much as you’d pay in the UK. So could an all-inclusive cruise be the best way to give Norwegian cuisine a chance? Even if it turns out to be mainly pickled fish, at least there won’t be an eye-watering dinner bill to pick up.
