In his new book, Chronicles of a Cruise Ship Member, Joshua told how hand shakes were a no-no.

He wrote: “Crew members rarely shake hands.

“They are intimately familiar with the wide variety of wonderful virus that habitually colonies on human hands and cruise ship door handles.

“Hand shaking, the gateway to nororvirus, is avoided at all costs.”
