Couple ‘heartbroken’ at Norfolk wedding venue’s sudden closure

Couples due to get married at a Norfolk wedding venue say they’re heartbroken at its sudden closure.

Lenwade House Hotel, off Fakenham Road, broke the news to customers in an email, saying that the company had “experienced great difficulty trading in this difficult economic climate and now finds that it is unable to pay all of its debts”.

Staff have also been left devastated, with some claiming that wages over Christmas hadn’t been paid.
