Chicago woman stuck on second cruise ship after 4 coronavirus deaths
Transfers began Saturday, but she was not moved. A couple she’d met earlier in the cruise, who had a balcony, were moved to the Rotterdam. Casey said although it seems she cries at least once a day, she has worked to stay her positive, jovial self. She’s relied on her sense of humor, asking friends to email her jokes. But the thought of remaining on the Zaandam truly worried her, and she didn’t have cellphone service.
