Un Cruise explores Sea of Cortes

Seattle-based Un-Cruise Adventures is offering two seven-night, island-hopping itineraries in Mexico’s Sea of Cortes this winter on its 90-passenger Safari Endeavor, departing from San Jose del Cabo on the Baja peninsula.

The Baja’s Bounty program will depart weekly from Jan. 3 to March 28, pick up again from Nov. 7 to Dec. 26, 2015, and continues from Jan. 2 to March 26, 2016.

The Cousteau’s Aquarium itinerary offers weekly departures this year from Nov. 8 to Dec. 27.

Both programs have rates from $2,995 per person, double.

The itineraries include desert hiking, a mule ride, whale watching, kayaking, paddle-boarding, snorkeling with sea lions and visits to various small islands in the Sea of Cortes.
