American Cruise Lines launches agent portal

American Cruise Lines has created a new online travel agent portal, through which agents can obtain benefits information, marketing materials and training.

The new portal was created in response to the line’s growing network of travel sellers, according to the river and small-ship cruise company.

After registering online, agents can log in for training and marketing tools, to see agent perks and commission levels, to order marketing materials such as brochures, to see details on familiarization trips and to get contact information for a dedicated sales team member.

Eventually, the portal will also contain an image gallery that agents will be able to access.
