Cruise & Maritime Voyage’s Marco Polo celebrates its 50th anniversary

Its first Commemorative Anniversary Voyage to Canada Greenland has an option to join the ship in Rosyth, near Edinburgh, on July 23, or from Tilbury on July 24.

Highlights of the 36-night return cruise to Tilbury include Canada’s Nova Scotia, Quebec, Montreal and cruising the St. Lawrence River.

Before reaching Canada it calls into the Faroes on the way to Iceland and Greenland.

Prices start from £1,999 per person, based on two sharing a cabin.

The second Commemorative Voyage to Canada leaves London Tilbury for 34 nights on September 7, heading for Canada via Amsterdam and Cherbourg before returning to Tilbury.

Prices are from £1,799 per person, based on two people sharing, and in both cruises the prices are for an inner cabin on a full board basis with afternoon tea and late night snacks included. Daytime activities, a guest speaker programme, evening shows and other entertainment are all included in the price.

Complimentary tea and coffee is available from 6am to 10pm, and all onboard prices are in Sterling.
