There are several companies to choose from including national chains like Budget and Thrifty as well as local companies like Nantucket Windmill Auto. Chartered Flights to the Islands

Another travel option you have from the Logan airport is to catch a chartered flight out to one of the islands. The latter of the two will take you to the absolute farthest point on the Cape, so make sure that is where you want to be if you opt for that as your final destination.
