These Are The Most Popular Honeymoon Destinations In 2018

The Carribean came in first, replacing last year’s most popular honeymoon destination, Hawaii. This year, the big island came in third after Italy. To round out the top five destinations, Mexico and Greece were ranked fourth and fifth, respectively. 

These destination choices fit into this year’s overall honeymoon trends, according to additional survey data from Zola. The most popular honeymoon type was “beach destination,” with 46 percent of couples surveyed opting for a relaxing, tropical vacay. “City exploration” was the next most-popular honeymoon type, followed by “outdoor adventure,” “cruise,” and “road trip.”
