Carnival Cruise launches largest ship AIDAnova – home to 6600 passengers and a water park
The Carnival Cruise ship dubbed the AIDAnova is the fifth largest ship in the world and the Carnival’s largest in history.
Costing a staggering £630 million to build, the ship can hold up to 6,600 passengers at one time, as well as 1,500 crew members, measuring 1,106 long.
It also boasts 17 restaurants, 23 bars and even a water park on board.
Passengers wanting to try it for themselves can book a trip in December as it travels the Canary Islands on its maiden voyage.
