The new ship will be named Seven Seas Explorer, and will be Regent’s third all-suite, all-balcony ship. The Explorer will hold 738 guests, and is part of Regent’s strategy to provide a wider array of itineraries.

The Seven Seas Explorer will be the largest vessel in the Regent Seven Seas Cruises fleet at 54,000 gross-registered tons. The new ship will be a “green ship” that uses the most advanced environmental systems and state-of-the-art technology.
